Joe Counter is a seasoned political operative and political consultant whose professional involvement the past 15 years includes close to a thousand different political campaigns at the local, county, legislative, and congressional level as well as bond initiatives and public relations projects.
Joe attended college at the University of Oklahoma and Sam Houston State University (where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Political Science in 1989). He also holds a Masters Degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University (1992).
He and his wife and three children reside in Plano, Texas.
